Just finished #c25k week 2 run 1 with #getrunning – for the 3rd time. The app is apparently not ready for me to advance, and I think I agree
@cookingforseven @honeyandjam Yes, I listen to music. Whatever is upbeat on my iPod, using a C25K app to tell me when to start/stop.
Well I pushed the wrong button but I did complete week 2 day 1 of #c25k app! I didn't do as well as I thought; need pep talk @rachbird
Recently started using 3 new fitness iPhone apps: #C25K, #HundredPushups and #200Situps. All great incremental fitness routines.
@gershonmarx And good luck on day 1 of C25K. if you have an iPhone, I recommend @runkeeper, as you can program the intervals.
