Take it along when making a purchase to double check that you are paying what you should expect to pay. You may or may not want to order something from the online portals it checks, but you will know whether the price is in the ballpark.

this was an awesome app when it was in cydia and when it first hit the app store. but now there are more and more barcode scanning apps out there that do much more and are free. give them a try before purchasing this one.

Recognizes about 95% of everything I've attempted to scan. The search is impressively thorough. I scanned an old, fairly obscure sci-fi novel and was rewarded with a bizarre # of places to buy it and 5 local libraries to borrow it.
