General

What is WOW25?

Great question! WOW (short for World of Work) is the ultimate workplace experience conference hosted by Appspace. The goal is to bring together customers, partners, and industry experts to showcase the future of the workplace experience and share strategies and best practices for improving engagement, workplace management, and cultural alignment.

When and where is WOW25?

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at the Pier Sixty-Six Resort. The conference runs September 15 (kickoff at 11:00 AM EST) through September 17 (ends at noon EST).

Is there a virtual option?

WOW25 is in-person only this year. Don’t miss out – register now!

Dress code?

Business casual throughout the conference. Think dress pants, jeans, skirts, blouses, and sport coats. Conference rooms can get chilly, so bring a blazer, sweater, or light jacket. Temperatures drop after sunset, so pack layers for comfort. Some events are outdoors on grass and gravel (so you may want to bring comfy shoes).

How much does WOW25 cost?

WOW25 is $249 until April 30, then $399 May 1 – Sept 15.

Registration

I can’t find my registration confirmation email. What do I do?

No worries! You can manage your WOW25 registration here. Click the link that says “Manage your registration”, then click “Forgot your confirmation number?” After that, enter your email address to have the email resent.

How can I make changes to my registration?

You can manage or change your registration here. Just log in via the “Manage your registration” link using your email address and confirmation number. Email wow@appspace.com if you run into issues.

What are the registration hours and location?

Stay tuned for the location.

Registration hours are as follows:
Monday, September 15: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Tuesday, September 16: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM EST

Can I bring a guest?

Each attendee needs their own WOW25 pass (approval by Appspace required).

Can I transfer my conference pass to a colleague?

Absolutely! Email wow@appspace.com with the new attendee’s name and email. (They must work at the same company as you).

What's the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Here’s the breakdown of our cancellation policy:

  • Changed your mind? Cancel by Friday, August 22, 2025 (11:59 PM EST) for a full refund, minus a small 5% processing fee.
  • Can’t make it after the deadline? No worries – your registration fee will automatically roll over to WOW26 (we’ll announce the date and location later in 2025).
  • Important reminders: 
    • Let us know through our official cancellation form by the August 22 deadline. WOW25 Cancellation form.
    • Don’t forget to cancel your hotel and travel plans separately.
    • Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or credits for no-shows.
  • Sponsors & exhibitors: Please refer to your specific agreement for cancellation terms.

How to cancel: You can cancel your registration here. Just click the link that says “Manage your registration” and then log in using your email address and confirmation number. Scroll down and near the bottom of the page you’ll see a button that says” Cancel registration”. Click that and complete the cancellation form and you’re all set.

How do I register for sessions?

We highly recommend pre-registering for breakouts due to limited seating. You’ll be able to build your agenda in our conference app in August.

Travel & logistics

When should I arrive and depart?

Arrive the morning of September 15 (labs and sessions start at 2:00 p.m. EST). Sessions end by noon (EST) on September 17.

Where should I stay?

We’ve secured a limited number of rooms at Pier Sixty-Six at a discounted rate (just $265/night!). Reserve your room through our personalized link: Book your room now.

When is the room reservation block cutoff date?

The hotel room cutoff date is Friday, August 22, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST. We can’t guarantee rooms will be available past this date. All rooms within the room block are first-come, first-served.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

Cancel directly with the hotel at least 4 working days before arrival.

Can I extend my trip outside of the conference dates?

Yes, a limited number of shoulder dates are available through our room block at the conference rate three (3) days prior and three (3) days post-conference. Shoulder night room block rates are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Closest airport?

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), about 5 miles from the resort.

I’m driving to WOW25. Where can I park?

Valet parking is available at Pier Sixty-Six Resort for $60 per night.

Where can I find information on Fort Lauderdale and things to do?

What is the weather like in Fort Lauderdale in September?

Warm! Expect highs from the mid-80s to low 90s, dropping into the mid-70s at night. Indoors can get chilly with air conditioning, so bring a light jacket or sweater for the daytime sessions. And remember, some evening events will be on grass and gravel (so you may want to bring stylish yet comfortable shoes)!

How do I request Visa information?

If you’re traveling internationally and need proof of attendance to get a Visa, get in touch at wow@appspace.com.

Will meals be provided?

Yes! Dinner on Monday and Tuesday, breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, and lunch on Tuesday

What accommodations are available for dietary restrictions?
