Employees can reserve a desk from within the Appspace app effortlessly, then check into the desk with a quick QR code scan via their phones or tap on the touchscreen display on the Logitech Dock Flex, eliminating the need for multiple steps in the booking process. This will be a huge timesaver and bring a user-friendly, consumer-like experience to desk reservations, delivering a positive workplace experience for employees on their in-office workdays.

Just tap to schedule and manage rooms

Logitech Tap Scheduler provides an easy-to-use interface for meeting space scheduling. Users can select Appspace as the service provider and publish the room scheduling card or other content to Tap Scheduler. This integration makes it easy to use Appspace to manage rooms and tools like Microsoft Teams or Google Meet to reserve physical office resources.
