Update (April 9 and April 29, 2018): Upgrade date adjustment, see table below.
We’re excited to announce that the Appspace 7 upgrade dates for existing cloud customers have been set.
This scheduled update to the Appspace platform shouldn’t come as much of a surprise thanks to frequent communications over the past 6+ weeks via email, social accounts, and notifications within the platform. Now we can confirm that staged rollout of Appspace 7 will begin on April 7th, 2018 and is set to run until April 28th, 2018.
Users will be contacted directly to make sure they are aware of their upcoming upgrade date. For those who are more eager to learn their upgrade date, it is also possible to check which Appspace service your account belongs to by logging in to your Appspace account.
You can find when this service is being upgraded in the table below.
Date | Accounts starting |
---|---|
7 April 2018 | nv01, app9 |
14 April 2018 | app3 |
28 April 2018 | nc01, app2 |
5 May 2018 | app1, app4 |
**Table updated April 9 and April 29, 2018.
Customers with private Appspace services will receive communication of their upgrade dates through their appointed administrators.
On-premises customers are expected to be able to upgrade to Appspace 7 in early H2 2018.
April 7th, 2018 will also mark the end of the public beta window and all accounts on that service (app9, if you’re checking your account URL) will be upgraded to the production-ready version of Appspace 7.
